AGENGA 1) Call to Order. 2) Approval of minutes from the regular meeting of December 14, 2009. 3) Mary Bustamante, Sutton County Appraisal District and any action relating thereto. 4) Authorize bids for depository of district funds. 5) Three year capital budget and any action relating thereto. 6) Completion of SWOT analysis. 7) Hospital expansion update. 8) Administrators report. 9) Financial report November 30, 2009. 10) Approval of January 2010 expenditures. 11) Visitor comments . 12) Board Member comments. 13) Adjournment.
