Hospital billing can be confusing. Hudspeth Memorial wants to provide you with excellent service and guidance. The hospital will submit a claim to each of your health insurance carriers, including Medicare supplemental policies. We will need a copy of your identification card and any forms that may be required by your employer or the insurance company.

The hospital will do everything possible to expedite your claim. However, your policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Therefore, you have the final responsibility for payment of your hospital bill. Please contact your insurance company regarding any necessary information or forms required to process your claim including prior authorizations or preadmission certifications.
Please contact our office if you have questions regarding your account. LMH participates in most commercial, State and Federal insurance programs. We do not participate in all programs.
